After Valentine's Day there comes Spring????

I know everyone can agree that we are ready for Spring this year. What a cold Winter this has been,
even here in the deep south.  And let me say we are not used to this.
I am waiting for the daffodils to come out here, which is usually about February 19. My Dad was born

that day and my Grandmother always called him her Daffodil baby.  He was her first child.
But I wait and wait for those daffodils and then for the redbud trees in the forests, then our azaleas
put on their own show. Their show is short but well worth it!!

So just sit along side me and let's wait for the Spring show. (Also the Antique show in Roundtop is right around the corner now).  So many reasons to anticipate Spring.
